Our services

Carla Payton provides 1:1 Integrated Attachment Theory coaching online, including a 12-week coaching program and a free 20-minute discovery call. This is coaching, not therapy. We do not provide therapy, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation or medical advice, and we do not guarantee specific results.

The content on this site is for general information. You agree not to misuse the site or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from your use of the site.
